Trying to Login to this new Support Sytem, but can't?


If you are a Legacy Client, meaning that you bought a license for our downloadable locator software from v1.0 to v3.6 from 2004 to 2015, you must create a new support account here at the new Support Portal if you wish to submit tickets.  Your old support account had to be removed due to incompatibilities with this new system.


We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we had no choice but to move all support options to the new FreshDesk system (what you are viewing now).  Our older support system is not compatible with this new system and therefore, we must ask all clients to create a new support account upon their first support ticket submission.
