When you perform a zip code search, do you see duplicate matches within the results?

Chances are, you have zip codes imported twice into your system. When you have duplicate entries in the zipcode database, it can cause records to show twice inside the search results.

You should login to your admin panel and perform a fresh import of your USA zip codes. To do this, use the 'Import Zip Codes' tool. Then choose the 'USA Zip Codes' file from the list and also choose the 'overwrite' option.

This will import the list fresh and insure that you have only imported the list one time.

Have Canadian Codes Loaded?  If you also use the Canadian Postal Codes database, you will need to add them back into the system after you import your USA codes.
