In preperations for our launch of our new for 2015/2016 version of Ultimate Locator, which is a new subscription based cloud solution, we will be transfering our domain to a new cloud server cluster and we also had to make adjustments to our eSupport Center that has been in place for almost 10 years.  We know it's hard to go through changes, but we are also optimistic that this new support system will be a much better experience for all our legacy clients.
